1. How do i know my booking has gone through?
If you got your reference number on the confirmation page, you are booked. The reference number looks like this: 1744444. Check that your reference number has 7 numeric characters.
If you didn’t get your reference number, please check your email for the confirmation email. If you have received this then your transaction was successful. Your confirmation email has your reference number.
If, however, you do not receive it within an hour or so of your transaction then please check your spam or junk mail folder and if it is not there, then contact us.
2. What if my booking form doesn't work?
This site is optimised to run on Microsoft's Internet Explorer Browser and may not work on older versions of Netscape Navigator or Explorer 5.X.

3. What kind of online security does Murrays provides when booking online?
We use 128 bit security for a completely secure site so you can rest assured that your payment is secure. We use iframes for the payment window, so the padlock and “https” in the address bar, which usually indicate a secure site, do not appear. The iframe page is HTTPS, which is a version of HTTP that includes data encryption for security, but the outside page is not.
If you wish to confirm this, you can open the iframe page outside the frame. To do this in your Firefox browser, right-click on the payment frame, and choose This Frame -> Show Only This Frame, and it looks like this:

5. Where can I buy my tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online, by phone or at our booking office located at the Jolimont Centre.
Open tickets for snow express are valid for current year snow season only.
Day return tickets are only valid for same day travel. No refund or change of date can be made for day return. No refund or change of date can be made for day return tickets.
6. How do I cancel my booking?
All bookings are non-refundable.
Any change to date of travel must be 48 hours before departure. A change fee may occur for any changes to the booking, If the passenger fails to board the coach, the fare will be forfeited.
All bookings cannot be transferred to another person. Call our Booking office on 13 22 51 during opening hours for assistance.
7. What time do I arrive before my scheduled departure?
We recommend passengers be at scheduled stop and check in luggage with the driver 15 minutes prior to departure.
8. Does the ski or snowboard package include clothes?
No, our packages only include ski, stocks & boots or Snowboard & boots. You will need to arrange your own clothing.
Some suggestions in the Canberra area for hiring clothing. Alternative, you can hire clothing at both Perisher & Thredbo.

9. Do I need to pay a bond for my equipment hire?
Yes, a cash bond or credit card imprint will be required to hire equipment.
10. Do Murrays coaches have seat belts, air-conditioning & toilet facilities?
All Murrays coaches have seat belts, air conditioning. Some services provide toilet on board but those that do not have a toilet the driver will provide a comfort stop if required.
11. My child who is over 15 is travelling on the coach unaccompanied for a day at snow. What do I need to do for them to travel on the coach?
Children under the age of 15 years are not permitted to travel unaccompanied on any Murrays Australia service. Between the ages of 12 and 14 years an unaccompanied form is required for each stage of travel.
12. Can I bring my pet on the coach?
No pets are allowed to travel on the coach other than guide dogs or registered companion dogs.

Terms & Conditions - Murrays Snow Express & Packages
Tickets

Conditions
All schedules are correct at the time of placement on the web site. The company reserves the right to alter the schedules as it deems necessary. Whilst every effort is made to maintain the timetabled service, no responsibility will be taken for inconvenience due to delayed service and any additional cost or expenses.

Excess Luggage
The total amount of free of charge luggage per fare paying passenger is 20kgs and one small carry on cabin bag. Anything in excess of this is subject to the following additional charges:
- Extra Suitcase/Bag; Surfboard; Ski's and Snowboards; Pushbikes (must be in a box); Golf Bags; Large Packages/Boxes - $20.00
- Envelopes (Maximum size A3) - $10.00
- Prams and Wheelchairs - FOC
Excess luggage may not always be able to travel on the same service as passengers and need to be carried on a later service.
Luggage
The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage arising out of or in any way incidental to the service or the accommodation or the transfer of any luggage between the vehicle and any place of accommodation whether such loss or damage may be due to alleged negligence or misconduct on the part of the company, its employees or agents or otherwise whoever.
Snow Pickup Locations
Bookings are essential as Murrays will only pick up passengers from the stops where passengers are booked on a service.
Snow Conditions
Murrays takes no responsibility for snow conditions on the day of travel or the availability of the hiring equipment
Unaccompanied Minor Policy
Children under the age of 15years are not permitted to travel unaccompanied on any Murrays Australia snow service. Between the ages of 15 & 18 years an unaccompanied minor form is required. Forms are available at the booking office or online.
Frequent Snow Travellers Program
1. A passengers needs to purchase & travel on 3 full ski or snowboard packages throughout one snow season to qualify to get 25% off the 4th package.
2. To redeem your 25% off your 4th trip you must be the same passenger that has travelled on all 3 previous trips in the 2010 snow season.
3. To redeem your discount you must retain proof of travel in the travelling passengers name from all 3 previous bookings (proof of travel item: booking confirmation or tax invoice only) and purchase your 4th ticket in person from the Murrays booking office at the Jolimont Centre.
