About the role

Lead the team by example and supervise to ensure that the highest possible level of customer service is provided at all times. Work with the Marketing team to develop product to increase patronage and brand awareness in all markets. Solve problems including complaints and incidents and manage all required written correspondence in the shift as required.

About you

We are seeking a customer focused candidate who is interested in learning all aspects of our business. You will have a commitment to ongoing development and be happy mentoring junior team members. Your lifestyle will suit a rotating roster. You will have demonstrated Front-of-House and Customer Service experience ideally in a Reservations environment such as a hotel or restaurant.

 Duties include but are not be limited to:

  • Ensure Murrays Customers receive the best standard of customer service

  • Participate in the maintenance of trips, yield and capacity

  • Supervise Reservations Consultants including performance standards

  • Respond to emails in a timely, accurate and professional manner

  • Deal with complaints and incidents escalated to the Duty Manager

  • Maintain positive and supportive relationships with all Murrays team members

  • Solve problems in an effective and timely manner

To be considered for this role a successful applicant will need:

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.

  • Supervisor experience in a front of house customer service or reservations role

  • Excellent presentation.

  • Lifestyle flexibility to accommodate a rotating roster.

  • An eagerness to learn, use initiative and develop skills.

  • Ability to multi task with a can do positive attitude.
