Keeping you Safe & Connected
We have always been committed to keeping you safe and connected. We do not know for sure when our suspended services will start operating again but we want to reassure you that when that times comes; we are ready to welcome you back.
So, we thought you might like to hear about the extra steps we will be taking to make sure you feel safe and well when you travel with us again soon.
Already we are deeply cleaning and sanitising our coaches after every trip, other Travel Safe measures include:
Fresh Air to circulate through the A/C Filters
The air conditioning in every coach will be set to recycle fresh air every few minutes in the coach cabin. Vents are positioned to direct airflow from ceiling to floor.
Temperature Checking & Masks
For the comfort of everyone traveling, all passengers will have their temperature tested prior to boarding. Face masks are encouraged but wearing one will be your personal choice.
Enhanced Cleaning Procedures
We have enhanced our deep cleaning and are using industrial grade cleaning agents as well as increased wipe down of high touch areas onboard.
Automatic Hand Sanitiser Dispensers
Automatic hand sanitiser dispensers have now been installed in every coach.
The NSW Government has provided updated advice for tour buses, coaches, mini buses and hire vehicles noting that there are no limits to the number of passengers you can have in a vehicle and passengers can sit in any seat. See link here.
We have updated our policy to accommodate household and family groups so that they can be seated together, this is in accord with existing guidance on social distancing. However, we will continue to restrict seating on each service to maximise distancing for the comfort of our passengers.
Onboard signage will remind everyone of their responsibility to keep each other safe.
We can help you keep the COVIDsafe app open with free wifi and USB ports onboard.
Everyone needs to do their bit and simple steps can help protect yourself and the community. Practise good hygiene by:
- Cleaning your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds with soap and water
- Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing with a tissue or a flexed elbow
- Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms
- Make sure you stay home if you are sick
We will continue to monitor guidance from Government and are committed to doing the best we can every day to keep our team and our customers safe. Please stay in touch, we would love to hear your ideas and answer any questions. Unfortunately our phone lines remain closed right now but please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as soon as we can.
Thank you for your ongoing support, we have missed you and can’t wait to welcome you back.
