Murrays Coaches are searching for a professional Driver Trainer to join theSydney team at our Depot in Alexandria. The ideal candidate to work with our growing team of coach drivers will have skills and experience in:
- Training and Induction
- Assessment
- Mentoring

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting new drivers through the first 6months of their employment
- Ongoing assessment and feedback to support improvement and success
- Recruiting & inducting strong candidates
- Supporting a culture of safety
- Identifying and eliminating workplace risks
- Fostering a culture of support and teamwork

To be considered to join the driving team you will need:
- Heavy Vehicle license
A valid Heavy Rigid (HR), Medium Rigid (MR), Multi Combination (MC) or Heavy Combination (HC) License. - Driving Experience
A minimum of 2 years’ experience driving heavy vehicles (trucks, buses or coaches) - Driver Accreditation
Applicants must hold a current NSW Public Passenger Driver Authority
