To purchase a Frequent Travellers Pass you must be a Loyalty Club Member. If you are not a member simply register online. It's free, quick and easy to join.
You can request to purchase a pass online, call our booking office on (61) 13 22 51 or present at one of our shopfronts. No phone booking fee applies to Frequent Travellers Passes purchases.
No, trips are strictly to be redeemed only by the Murrays Loyalty Club member and are not transferable to any other person at any time. Photo ID is required to board the coach.
Yes, passes expire either 3 or 9 months after the purchase date, depending on which pass you purchased. Any trips unclaimed by the expiry date of the Frequent Travellers Pass will be forfeit and as such are non-refundable.
