At Murrays, our express team plays an important role in delivering the best possible experience for our customers. As our services continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our busy Jolimont team.

This is a fast-paced, 7-day rostered role where you will support the daily dispatch of our coaches, process bookings, meet and greet passengers, and respond to customer enquiries across the services we operate nationally.

We are a proudly 100% Australian family-owned business, operating since 1966. We work with peak sporting bodies, event companies, schools and corporate customers, and deliver express services across key interstate and regional routes.

About the role

  • Provide a high standard of customer service to passengers and customers.
  • Assist with coach dispatch, bookings, passenger meet and greet, and general enquiries.
  • Work as part of a friendly, professional team in a busy transport environment.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of daily express services.

About you

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Able to work well both in a team and independently.
  • Confident using computers and learning new systems.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
