We are searching for a team member to join our Operations team in Miles.
Responsibilities include:
- Driver & fleet scheduling, working with our national control centre and other depots to ensure safe and efficient use of driver and fleet resources
- Route transport event planning
- Coordinate with fleet and workshop staff
- Readiness to act on road closures, weather events or flight delays
- Use of latest technologies to provide safe and efficient transport outcomes
- Collaborate with drivers to maintain a high standard of customer service
- Working closely with a small, dedicated team to support daily operations.
To be considered we’d like you to have the following skills:
- Demonstrate experience in customer service
- Be able to multitask with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail & ability to work to deadlines
- Be able to respond to changing priorities and accept change
- Good computer skills
- Flexibility is essential for operational efficiency
