Book with Confidence

At Murrays, we want every journey to start with peace of mind, including the booking.

To keep you safe from scams and fake offers, here’s how to make sure you’re always booking with the real Murrays.

KNOW THE SIGNS

How to spot a fake

We never offer discount codes or coupons through third-party websites.

‍
If you see a “Murrays discount code” on another site, it’s fake.

We never request payments through social media or third-party sellers.

Only pay through our official Murrays booking channels.

Always check the website address before making a booking.

Make sure it reads murrays.com.au before entering payment details.

Your official Murrays e-ticket and Manage My Booking are the only authoritative record of your trip.

Email summaries from other apps or AI tools can be wrong.

Our official channels

The only official ways to book a Murrays service are:

    By phone on
    13 22 51

If you book anywhere else we can't guarantee your ticket is genuine.

    WHEN IN DOUBT

    If something looks suspicious

    Don’t enter your details.
Check with us first and we’ll confirm whether it’s really from Murrays.

    Contact Us
    IF IT’S ALREADY HAPPENED

    If you’ve already paid

If you think you’ve already booked or paid through a fake Murrays site or offer, act quickly. The sooner you contact your bank, the better the chance of recovering your money.

    1. Contact your bank or card provider straight away
Ask them to stop the payment or start a chargeback. This is the most time-sensitive step, so do it before anything else.

‍2. Check whether you actually have a booking
Call us on 13 22 51 or check Manage My Booking. If there’s no booking under your name, we’ll tell you.

    ‍3. Report it
Report the scam to Scamwatch at scamwatch.gov.au. If you’ve lost money, also report it to police through ReportCyber at cyber.gov.au.

‍4. If you shared personal details
Contact IDCARE on 1800 595 160. They’re Australia’s free identity and cyber support service. Change any passwords you’ve reused elsewhere.
