Sales Executive - Groups Team

Join the Groups Team at Murrays Coaches in an inbound sales role with no cold calling. You will work with a great mix of customers, support simple and complex transport enquiries, and be part of an experienced team that values flexibility, balance and genuine support.

What you will do

• Manage phone and web enquiries from new and existing customers.
• Convert enquiries into bookings through strong service and sales skills.
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver a high standard of service.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth customer outcomes.

What you will bring

• Experience in sales, customer service, contact centre or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills.
• A team-first approach and confidence working independently.
