Senior Account Manager - Groups Team

What you will do

• Manage and grow key customer accounts.
• Deliver high-quality service across simple and complex transport needs.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and target sectors.
• Support junior team members and contribute to team success.

What you will bring

• Experience in account management, sales, events, transport operations or a similar field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
